Review of ENCOMPASS ADVANCE. LLC OWNER Frank Valdez. We met with owner Frank, project mgr. Dave and sells person Mandy Ochoa on June 30, 2020 at 6:00. He stated work date would begin July 12, 2020. We were so very excited. We were promised “a team of 6 men, in uniform, and all supplies would be here and my front and back deck would be done in a week. Front deck is 16x8. My back yard deck is 40x10. Both with a metal roof. We are still awaiting corrections and final trim out September 2nd, 2020. Frank has said “ be patient with us" . We have been overly patient. Day 1, 7-13 men showed up around 11a.m., only 3 men. The lumber was a minimum . They framed in what the could. They took apart and used part of the old deck ralling we had planned to use in another project. When asked they said very little. They then left. Day2, 7-14 men showed up around 11a.m. with no supplies. Sat in their trucks all day, just waiting on a call for supplies. This was due to Frank Valdez not ordering the lumber in a timely matter. Day 3, 7-15 no supplies, men sat in their trucks all day. This seemed to be a pattern. I called many times a day to check what’s going on. Was told “be patient with them there is a national lumber shortage and they could not get their hands on what they needed. They deal with McCoy’s, but only the one by Kitty Hawk. I called our local McCoy’s, they had a pallet of the wood we needed and were still waiting on it. “They only deal with the one McCoy’s. We watched and commented to Jacob, professional installer. When here would tell us what his thought was, instead of doing it as we asked. My wheelchair ramp the Ralls wiggle. I said frank said it needed more concrete in the holes. Jacob responded with “I am not doing that, Frank can send someone else out" . Asked if they had used the tin panels with the sealer on each piece, Jacob said “no Frank bought the cheaper tin" . Asked why some rails where in the air and he liked the way it looked . I walked out side to go to our pond, using the back steps he had just put together, bottom step was 13 ½, I fell and am in a walking boot for 6 weeks. Not one word of any thing about it, from this company. We have not decided to ask for bills over this see picture 5. When I called to speak about the leaking on our deck, he sent out Jacob and another guy, this guy got on the roof and filled the cracks with liquid silicone it now looks like I have ice hanging on my house see picture 6. They put header boards on the outside of the roof, a different type of wood non treated. They came out and moved our AC UNIT about 10 foot, the PROFESSIONAL AC MAN they used come to find out is not their normal one, they cold called him. I began to get concerned when he let the gases out of the unit and tried to stop it with his hands. This caused him 3rd degree burns. Days later our AC unit stopped working we called Tri Country on a Sunday and they came out looked at our system and said it was not hooked up correctly. They only charged us $115.00. Which Frank still has not paid us for. We had a phone call from Frank, who said he would come out and go over our job inch by inch, that date was July 25th at 6:00p.m. He never showed up. Called the office and he was in the hospital, and Azel Frank’s daughter who made the appointment with us, never called. And as of today have not heard a word from this company. If you are looking for a company who completes on time. This is not your go to company. They have horrific communication skills. I spoke with Frank about this many times. Working with this company has been less than desirable. They don’t return calls, texts anything. Today is November 8th 2020 A different crew came out about a month ago, Terrance and Bob, laughed at what had been done, said they had been cleaning up Jacobs crews messes for over 3 months. Terrance made a list about a page long, to make our deck complying with building codes and to be completed. When given to Owner Frank, Terrance was told he was to finish only not build a new deck. I texted a month later as we had not heard anything from Frank or his office ( which his teenage daughter runs) he said that he could send Bob out I said okay. The day bob was to come out he was a no show, I had canceled my plans to be home, I did receive a text at 4:15 saying he needed a new tire. He showed up the next day, said he had not gotten a new tire, but was here to work, but had forgotten his ladder. He sat in his truck for over an hour. He then began to tell me that it should not be an issue getting my project complete due to no upcoming jobs and Bob being the only employee left, all others had left. I explained that I had had enough and was writing my review, Bob said well unless it’s a positive review Frank will demand you take it down or it will void your warranty, MY WARRANTY, MY JOB HAS NEVER BEEN COMPLETED as well as Terrance getting back to us and explaining that Frank had said he was not fixing anything, and that Terrance had not been paid in weeks. Bob worked on the tin roof on the back deck, I only had one, Bob stated that the tin was leaking due to being put on upside down. He said he fixed the leak, I know have 10 to 12 leaks from where to walked on top of it. I texted Frank and Bob and with the great communication they have its been 3 days and no return text or call. I had my home reroofed with fixed one of the issues that FRANK VALDEZ company caused, cost me an extra $500.00. My wheel chair ramp is not up to code, I will have to have that fixed. Cost I have gotten are around $1000.00 Frank asked me over and over to give him a great review, I explained I would review as to how the deck turns out. He said he did not care how I reviewed and he would do it correctly because that’s the kind of person he is. I was also told that with my review being negative that Frank would just close up this company and start a new one. I will be watching for that and will update my review if I see that happening. So would I recommend ENCOMPASS ADVANTAGE, No, not to my worst enemy, 4 months and still not complete, they lie, use substandard products. No this is not a company to be trusted. We should of listened to his other negative review.

Poor customer service. High turnover in staff so dealing with different people for my project. Then change in circumstances led to me cancelling the project they did not refund deposit even though contract does not mention that deposits are non-refundable. Find another contractor and save yourself the pain

this company hires wanted felons and dont care he keep them working just to get him money and is aware of it terrence scott is a wanted felon and there is a review with the information on his page terrence wife is also in jail for wanting to hid him let it be known. you can call 2103356000 12.28.77
