Legacy Roofing & Waterproofing, based out of San Jose, is a water proofing specialist that offers services such as weather sealing, waterproofing, basement waterproofing, and building waterproofing. They completed a re-roofing project in December of 2013 in the Parkmerced neighborhood using a permit received from the city and county of San Francisco; in January of 2013, they completed a roof replacement using a permit also received from the city and county of San Francisco.
