Hello Ms. Steers, This is Anthony from Anthony's Paving. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience or hassle that may have occurred while completing your asphalt project. I looked in to my files and wasnt able to retrieve any info linked to your name directly. However the date you provided ( November of 2016 ) narrows down your project to 1 of 12 different projects that were being completed around that date. However the details you provided narrowed it down to 2 similar descriptions of work. I will take full responsibly in resolving this issue to ensure your satisfaction with your new driveway. Since November is the month we are most busy finishing up projects and closing for the winter season , some projects do go unfinished for that reason only (roll over to following season). We do our best to prevent those situations from happening and assure you that regardless of cosmetic appearance and small surface imperfections, we would not have left your job in a condition that was not superior quality or un durable for our Minnesota Winters . Also asphalt sealer must be applied in permitted weather and ground condition, in order for us to warranty product and all precautions must be taken. This may have something to do with the prolonging of your seal coat. We appreciate all of our customers and do include warranty with all of our asphalt product. If for some reason you are un happy with your product please remember you are under warranty and provide your information or contact us directly and we will be more than happy to fix whatever problem may have occurred, as we are obligated to do so to keep our product excellent and our customer satisfaction as well. If for some reason you would not like to continue business with Anthony's Paving due to your complaint and are un happy altogether, or want to go with another asphalt companys services for Seal coat / seam repair contact us and provide a valid complaint and we will be happy to reimburse you with a 10% cash refund , forfeiting your warranty with Anthonys paving. As far as garbage left from lunch that is totally un called for and not like our men at all to leave without disposing of it first. Since it is a standard procedure for our men to do a trash inspection before leaving job site contact us directly and we will provide you with 4 complimentary car wash certificates at Holiday gas stations as a sign for our gratitude.
