Elander mechanical

We've used Elander (most time Ross) to complete an annual service/check, and he's been great at explaining everything he did and what we could do with the settings to make the system work most efficiently. Then just yesterday the heat went out. I called and they were able to have him come out within a few hours to fix the issue. He also mentioned using the fireplaces to provide the heat if it happened again. Overall, great service & response, friendly & knowledgeable service personnel. They're our go-to company for HVAC.

They came out today on short notice. My air went out and it's 95 degrees. He had in fixed in an hour and was fairly inexpensive. Very nice man fixed it.

The customer service

I have worked with Elander Mechanical for years. They are a top notch operation. The are organized, punctual, they keep you informed on the work they are doing for you, and most of all THEY DO GREAT WORK. I am a service manager for a national builder. I work closely with Noel Smith in the service department for Elander. They are a terrific asset to me at my job. Noel is always able to get an appointment scheduled quickly with my homeowners, and keeps me informed of the progress until it is completed. I never have call backs on their work and my homeowners always comment on how nice the technicians were at their homes. I would recommend Elander Mechanical to anyone who wants a really great company.
