Removed and replaced two metal siding panels and and rather than replace we repaired a damaged upper panel with replacement metal and bondo for a much lower cost. Upper panel was primed, painted and reinstalled.

Removed existing fluorescent fixture over island, and replaced with two hanging lights. Ran wiring for 5 new can lights. Removing drywall as necessary. Patched drywall and painted entire kitchen ceiling then installed all fixtures. As an extra we installed a new light fixture in the master bath for $75.00.

Had a lot of small jobs during and in between the larger ones. Working 6 some times 7 days a week the last four months. Here is a small one we did on a Saturday: stair rebuild replaced stringers, treads (fiberon composite decking) risers 1 x 6 treated boards. Home owner to paint. and while there he had us clean out the gutters for an additional $ 75.00

Removed popcorn texture from garage ceiling; retaped, remudded and sanded to be paint ready. Applied three coats of paint to the garage ceiling. Applied two coats of paint to the garage walls. Removed old whimpy wire shelving and installed new stronger shelves , and built a cabinet. The Home owner is taking it in stages and doors will be added to the selves at a later time. Coming up in March we will pressure wash the entire house, driveway and porches. Gutter will be hand scrubbed to look like new.

Water Damage repair to dining room, kitchen and bath room. Replaced insulation in crawl space. Removed and replaced wood flooring in dining room and bath room. Removed and replaced vinyl flooring in kitchen, replace damaged luan under layment in kitchen. All affected areas were also treated for mold. Job ran two weeks, actual work time was 4 days due to the sub floor in the kitchen still being wet we had to allow it to dry before new flooring could be put down.

Custom maintenance free screen room. Removed and replaced old deck. Installed Fiberon Pro-Tect composite Decking. All exposed wood (posts and plates)was capped with aluminum trim coil. Vaulted ceiling, walls and beams covered with vinyl soffit interior and vinyl siding exterior. Electrical included: 4 can lights, one ceiling fan, 2 outlets and two flood lights. 30 Year shingles. Vinyl hand rails. Screen was installed using the Screen Tight system. Installed a screen tight door. Installed new gutter and down spout and buried drain. Capped 2 windows inside screen room.
