Handyman - Simpsonville, SC
40+ years doing home repairs, remodeling, construction and appliance installations. Learned plumbing from my father-in-law plumber. Electrical from best friend who worked for electric company. Building, just came naturally, and something I enjoy dong. Sheds, decks, custom wood features, arbors, bird feeders to name a few. Started Handyman 4 Le$$ to help widows, single parent families in our church who need QUALITY work done but cannot afford high rates that others charge. My client list has grown to where I have over 25 regular customers who l do work for. Some are rental property owners and several commercial businesses as well. My success is due to providing quality workmanship at reasonable rates, coupled with a very high work ethic, honesty and integrity, 98% of my business comes from word of mouth/referrals. I stay busy and continue to grow my long list of satisfied customers.

Waggoner Shutters | Apr 2015 | Painted and installed new custom made raised panel working shutters made from Spanish cedar. I had them primed at the factory before shipping to customer. Two coats of sprayed Charleston Green, new hinges and pins. | $3k | Greenville, SC
Theresa L. TV Stand | Oct 2014 | Customer wanted me to replicate a TV stand she saw in a magazine. Difference is mainly the wood I used. In place of plain pine 2x4 lumber, I used clear pine. Instead of plain pine boards I used tongue and groove pine (much harder) for durability and strength. Also provided a more modern look with sharper lines and features. She wanted it painted flat black instead of a neutral wash. | $375 | Simpsonville, SC
Entertainment Center Remake | Jun 2015 | Customer had a large, stained entertainment center that they either wanted replaced or made-over. From a flat panel door to a smaller, louvered door, a pull out TV stand to access the side mounted DVD player. With a distressed finish........this was AFTER I had already painted it. Turned out very well. | $375 | Greenville, SC
Custom Shed | Jun 2015 | Customer wanted a small shed that would compliment their home. HOA required siding and roof to match house. Height limited to HOA specs. Custom shed with sliding barn door. | $2k | Simpsonville, SC
Guthrie Shed | Dec 2014 | Customer wanted a 14' x 16' shed, with insulated walls and ceiling for future HVAC. Extra sturdy floor, with ramp for Harley Davidson motorcycle. Eight foot high side walls and 6/12 roof pitch allows more storage above. An extended front overhang keeps water away from doors and window. Hardie siding and trim for 30+ years service life. Paint and roofing to match house. | $7k | Simpsonville, SC |
