David Saignoli, assumed owner of this business , has not returned my calls , messages , nor completed the work , not settled the account. He deserves to be removed from being a contractor so other potential users do not fall into his trap.

Total fraud. Cheated us on our project , left incomplete , drew more than the agreed cost from us and kept making false promises to complete the job . Stay away from him absolutely.
