Golden rule is Sioux Falls best plumbing, heating and cooling company hands down! They were able to provide quick and efficient service when our furnace caught on fire in the middle of the night. We were worried about pipes freezing through the night and cold weekend ahead of us so we were pleasantly surprised when they said they were also able to start installing our new Trane furnace within an hour of calling in. Everyone at Golden Rule was friendly and great to work with, also clean and polite. I really don't have a single negative thing to say about our experience with Golden Rule. Alan was amazing to work with. I can see why they are called Golden Rule SERVICE, because they really know what true service is. Golden Rule was quick, efficient, friendly. clean, and was overall a real pleasure to work with. My wife and I couldn't be happier and we would highly recommend them. Ask for Alan, he's the best.
