Professional from start to finish! Took us 4 months to get part from manufacturer due to pandemic, but James was ready to quickly finished the job! Highly recommend!!

I've called James several times in past eight years for problems with our refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. He has responded reasonably quickly (depending on the extent of emergency i.e. quick on a refrigerator, not so quick on a dishwasher), provided quick and reasonably priced repairs. I recommend.

James came out to look at my refrigerator which wasn't working. He was contacted through my home warranty provider. The warranty is a $75 charge which includes actually fixing the problem. After looking at my refrigerator he told me he needed to order a thermostat and he would be back next week to install. 3 weeks later I hadn't heard from him so I called. He said he had to order the part through my home warranty provider and would follow up with them and call me back. 5 days later still no word so I call my home warranty provider. They tell me they haven't heard from James and a part was never ordered. They called James and got him on the phone and he admitted he never ordered the part (at this point it was a month ago that he was at my house and told me I needed a thermostat). He said he was at a customers house and would call me as soon as he left to get everything fixed. I've never heard from him. Buyer beware he will steal your money too!
