Called Sterling Craft Plumbing on 11/19/18 after googling plumbers in our area. Appointment was set up for the same day I was kept informed with two calls by Sterling with further info on his arrival. We reviewed our plumbing issue & Shane recommended an easy fix that would not require his work. We are grateful for his advice & cost savings.

I can see why this man's business is a neighborhood favorite. He came over after a 10 hour day even though he's totally booked because I needed help with a clogged drain and am having chemo (so I was worried about germs). This is a kind and generous person. Thank goodness for people like this in our community!

Sterling Craft Plumbing made my dream bathroom come true, no exaggeration! I had the absolute most positive experience with them. Shane's estimate was literally thousands of dollars less than the other I received, and he stuck to it even though the job ended up taking a bit more time than he had anticipated. The company that gave me the other estimate actually recommended Shane over themselves! He knew he wouldn't be able to beat Sterling Craft's price for the work that needed to be done, and he had worked with Shane and vouched highly for his attention to detail. Shane and Nick were able to do the majority of the work in 2 days, leaving some small portions undone to make it easier for me to do the rest of remodeling work, then came back later once enough was completed so that they could finish. At every step of the process, they did quality, professional work, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves, and went above and beyond in helping me. Not only did they do a great job, Shane was nice enough to share his knowledge with me and answered my masses of questions about every aspect of remodeling, not just plumbing. As a first-timer, this was invaluable and helped me be successful. If I ever need any plumbing work done in the future, they will be the only ones I call! They do more than plumbing as well, so I may just have them remodel my whole kitchen for me as well! I highly recommend them to anyone considering having some remodeling or plumbing that needs done.

Shane does very good work. He wants every step to be done correctly and works long hours to finish your work on time. I appreciate his work ethic and his care with my home. Shane will work with your schedule and he worked hard to find the tile and hard ware we wanted. I would wait for Shane to be available rather than use another.
