A Twin Cities based home renovation company focused on High Quality Craft and a transparent client-builder relationship. I started Worth Design Build about four years ago with a very simple idea. Give the client a completely transparent project. Showing them exactly what everything costs including our fees (most of our industry resists this) and communicating with them in a way that lets them be an active member in their project. Worth believes in this model so much that we have invested significantly in software that brings you the client into this process by giving you a place to upload photos and documents for comment and review. Within this same software is the most current version of the schedule, any selections that you have made, every question you've ever asked us along with our replies. This software also keeps all of our subs in the loop with weekly and sometimes daily reminders of where to be and for how long. They are immediately made aware of changes in the schedule and asked to reconfirm their commitment, all in a way that makes them want to keep working for us. When communication is taken this seriously we are able to keep you more informed and literally shave weeks and sometimes months off the timeline. All of this effort is being spent to earn your recommendation and referral. We operate solely on the basis of the referral. Did you catch that? We do not advertise or do home shows.
