AAA Installation

We hired AAA Installation (Chris S., owner) to design and install the electronics in our new house on the IOP. This included WiFi extenders and network, Sonos network (including pool and TVs) and a security system. The work was incredibly good -- A++. And when there were problems to be worked around or glitches to be solved, they stayed until the job was perfect. They bend over backwards to make things perfect! On a couple of occasions, they made special trips back to update things. Recently, we needed a service call and we were promptly scheduled, and the service technician made a special effort to get to the bottom of some issues we were having with our cable service to solve our problem. Simply put, we could not be happier. The work was excellent, the attention to detail was incredible and the staff was a real pleasure to work with. There are many options for work like this, and we've had bad experiences before with other companies. AAA Installation was really and truly outstanding.

We have just completed new construction and would consider AAA to be the most responsive, timely, organized company we've worked with. The owner responds to all emails immediately, sends recommendations, and communicates well for scheduling. The technicians work meticulously and quietly and will not leave until everything is exactly right. We are pleased with every aspect of AAA's part in our home.

I emailed Chris about organizing and hiding some cables and cords for our home theater equipment. He reconfirmed the time and date and his guys came at the set time and did great work. They were tidy and very capable. I would highly recommend Chris and his crew!
