American Homeshield sent this company out as a second opinion to a water heater that didn't work in a rental house. They replaced the water heater when the problem was that the gas had been mistakenly turn off by the power company. I found this out after it had been replaced. When confronted about it, they swear it needed replaced anyway. How would they know if the gas wasn't turned on? The tech spent two days throwing parts at it before replacing it. If I could give them a -5 star review I would. What an idiot. So they got my money for a water heater I didn't need.

Had a plumber come out today and he fixed up my water heater and he schooled me about old houses and roots as far as pipes are concerned! Grateful my warranty company sent them out!

This company is the worst I have ever seen. American homeshield has sent this company to my home twice. They either half do the job and never return or leave holes in your walls and roof and never return. Do yourself a favor and find someone else from the beginning. Brian

Do not use for drywall! Don't even wait on them to call you back because it will never happen. You all need to go out of business!
