Smith and Sons Painting

I called Mike at Smith & Sons Painting and he came right out and gave me a firm quote. He did an incredible job covering up a dark fire red with a Shermin Williams "Vast Sky" which is a light blue. The coverage was great...he did two coats for no extra money. He filled holes and sanded where needed. NONE of the other painters were willing to do that for anywhere near his price. We plan on using him again to paint our large eat-in kitchen and all of the cabinets (inside & out) doors off painting. We are also going to have him back to paint our master bedroom, which also had a merlot type color and we want to go light, so I know he can make it happen. I don't recommend many people because of their bad work ethic, but I don't have any problem recommending Smith & Sons Painting. We set a date and time and he showed up exactly on time! I was VERY IMPRESSED by his work ethic and responsiveness. I've had so many problems with tradesmen from the South, it's hard to get them to even return your call, much less show up on time. He definitely has a Mid-West work ethic!!!!! I plan on handing his name out to friends, co-workers and my Church Family that needs a painter.
