These are the indisputable facts and you decide if you want to do business with guy. We met this past Monday, March 2nd and Mr. Cassady gave me a price quote on the needed repairs and I accepted and we shook hands. He was to start the next day. He didn't show up or call. I called him and left a message on his cell phone. Called 2 hours later and left message on home phone. No response. Called both phones the next day and left more messages. No response. I left a message on the PHI Facebook page and received a response that he had a sick child and would call me on Thursday. No call. Sent another Facebook message today, Friday March 6th, and then told they had just discovered that he was not licensed or insured to work on my property in VA! Those are the absolute facts. So, what is really the problem -- who knows? Why would he never return any phone calls? If he doesn't know where the license and insurance coverage is valid, it begs the question of competence. I lost a week in trying to get repair work done for potential buyers. I would caution anyone in dealing with this outfit!

Mr. Cassady is a great worker. He makes sure the job is affordable, done right and to your satisfaction! He is also a clean worker and only has a few on his crew which makes it easier on the home owner. We will defintley be using Precise Home Improvements for future projects.
