NED SICKELS OVERHEAD DOORS

In 2015 we purchased 3 Clopay all-wood, high-end garage doors and 3 exterior doors for our new construction home. Last year I noticed cracking and cupping on the garage door wood; so I called Dana at Ned Sickles who confirmed the crack and cupping was not normal and he would file a claim with Clopay. It has now been a YEAR, and Dana is increasingly unreliable and unresponsive. Were not even sure if a claim was actually made.... so buyer beware.
