Extreme Service llc. Water Damage Specialist

Before saying how grateful I am to James Vitale and his amazing crew at Extreme Service, I need to give a short backstory. I rebuilt my Lavallette beach house after Sandy, and it has been my happy place ever since. Unfortunately, during an extremely frigid cold spell this winter, I sustained major water damage from a frozen pipe. My insurance company recommended a remediation specialist, and I made the mistake of hiring them. They did an awful job, and I was left more frustrated and unhappy than before. That’s when I realized I should have put forth more effort in researching the people working in my house. After interviewing numerous restoration companies, I came upon James Vitale at Extreme Service LLC. With an A+ BBB rating and a strong recommendation from my builder, as well as feeling a good “gut sense” about James himself, I finally found a company I could work with. James came in, told me exactly what was needed to restore my home to its’ original, beautiful self, gave me a proposal my insurance company happily accepted, and then proceeded to fix everything. He patched my ceiling and two walls so well that you couldn’t tell the new from the old, reinstalled all of my appliances & two kitchen cabinets, put my laundry room back together, and did an excellent job painting everything. I am very particular about having things done just right, and neither James, nor any of his employees ever showed any sign of frustration with my nit-picking. I would find a little something here and there, and they’d get busy fixing it. It’s like they wanted my house to look as good as I did and they wouldn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied. They take pride in their work, and the results are plain to see: I’m back in my happy place, and it feels fantastic! Thanks, James, for being there when I needed you, working with me to meet my extremely high standards, and then following up with, “Anything else?” I highly recommend Extreme Services, and only wish I had found them sooner to do my remediation work too.

Very satisfied with their service. Came to my house on time gave me a quick estimate and came out the very next day and fixed what I needed done. I will definitely call them if I ever need anything else done in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone. Thanks Jim!
