Really terrible service, dishonest owner and shoddy work. Eric Martin quoted me $570 for repairing part of a wood fence that blew down and replacing a piece of fascia/siding that came off in a storm. He said the siding required a custom piece. The end result was dismal. -The siding is all bent up and buckled. - He charged me to replace three fence panels and some posts - Instead of replacing three panels, he chopped up the new panels and installed pieces here and there - One of the panels was nailed to a pre-existing panel, facing inward for some reason. So odd. He had no explanation for why - He left debris strewn around the work area - He threw the old posts over my fence into a wooded area adjoining my property. When I showed it to him, he tried to blame someone else I told him I had tenants at the house and was required to give them notice before he entered the yard. I explained that I would need to know what day/time he was coming if he was going to do this work. He pretended to go along and then showed up at his convenience anyway. He was a nightmare to work with. I paid him for the fence just so we could move on. It's going to cost me more than what he quoted me for the entire job just to get this stuff fixed. This is after I paid him for the fence. Also, this is the second time I hired him. Although he advertises under an LLC, he wants to be paid under his personal name. So many red flags here. Find someone better.

He remodel the my bathroom 2 weeks ago, and i was very upset with his work, he over charge me. Never hire him again!

Eric has been doing work for me for the past four years and has always done an excellent job at very reasonable prices. He's your all in one handyman and can do it all, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting. He's the only person I call and he's very prompt.
