We perform inspections on residential and commercial building usually for the buyers prior to the sale of a house or building. We perform a 500 point inspection that usually takes 2.5-3.0 hours on site to complete. The written inspection report is a computer generated report that discusses all issues we saw in the building along with pictures of problem areas. Our reports are completed within 24 hours of the inspection and e-mailed to the client and realtor, a hard copy is mailed out the next day Priority Mail. We back our inspections with a 120 day guarantee that simply states "If we missing it we'll fix it". We are also licensed to perform Wood Destroying Insect Inspections & Certifications (Termite Inspections) & Conduct Radon Testing. I am an ASHI & NACHI certified Inspector.
