S.M. Builders never showed up after multiple months of calls / texts. He would say he would come and never show up. He tried putting up a light - the next day it fell out of the ceiling. I asked for the return of the deposit - only to NEVER have it returned. It's been almost a year and I have received a judgement against him as he never even showed up for the hearing. He basically is a thief based on his actions of not returning what is rightfully mine.

I cannot rave enough about this company. If I could give them a million stars I would. I needed a new roof and deck. Absolutely amazing work, great prices and the owner Shawn is so nice! On time, got it done, 10000% recommended
