Since 1998 Lasher Contracting has not only evolved with the changing times, but has pioneered a lot of the standards, and technological advances the construction industry has undergone. Back to the secrete... we advertise only by 2 methods, but that is not the key... the key for us is an honest, and complete analysis of ever roof we do an estimate on, and selling the home owner only what they need, or want rather than an exaggerated slew of issues, and unnecessary work. By providing our customers with only what they need, and proving to them that we are different from the other companies who have given them estimates by suggesting a $250 repair as opposed to the other estimates for a $10,000.00 replacement we create a level of trust, and loyalty which no marketing campaign can compete with. We are a company build on the idea of longevity, we know we cannot no run a large 30 person operation by only doing small spot repairs, but we aren't all about instant gratification, we know the real reward comes when we allow a family to have a leak repaired with us telling them that in 2 years they should get it replaced... what does this do?
