If you buy a house in there you need to pay a really quality inspector to check crooked walls , grading, check the house plans sometimes they forgot to install windows and doors how the house plans says, pretty much everything is crooked they forgot to put foam under the fire glass tubs, the siding coming off and they do not install the right way ,the hardwood floors are install the wrong way (LVP) and more ,you need to check the HOA before you buy a house with them because they don’t let you do anything in your property . The reason you buy a house it’s to do whatever in your property but the HOA don’t let you do anything at all, you have many cars because you have a big family they don’t have a place to park your extras cars or trucks , they charge you a lot of money if you don’t do whatever they say if you have a trailer for trips like RV or enclosed trailers they don’t want you to have it in your driveway because it make look bad the neighborhood when the neighborhood is look cheap in the entrance... And the warranty is really poor for the money you pay. No all workers are unprofessional but most of then don’t know what they are doing
