Bill Iosco and his son, also named Bill, each began working with their dad at age ten, first by hanging around doing the work of a youngster but soon taking on much bigger tasks. "Billy was running a 350 JD bulldozer at 14, doing excavations for me," says Bill Sr. today of his son Bill, now nearing thirty. "He did a great job until going off to R.I.T. after high school." It wasn't the last time the father and son team would work together. Today the pair continue a tradition begun in 1955 by Henry Iosco, who started "Construction by Iosco" by building store fronts in the 1950s. Since 2001 both Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. have been working together and primarily focusing on carpentry and home additions and renovations - though their skills span virtually all construction trades.
