I'm very sorry to say this to you but this is a gross misrepresentation of the facts. The work wasn't completed because you stopped it not myself. I didn't get chance to start it due to a weather incident and injury. You asked me a couple times to comply with a term time period , then without warning you changed that period time table. After this happened a couple times I sent all needed information to the appropriate parties to ensure the terms wouldn't be changed without my knowing again. I even stated in a post that I wouldn't be drawn into an argument over text or phone that's why I asked the state to mediate this mater once I received the paperwork. I'm sorry we had some bad weather that caused a reschedule, to your time frame. The next was my injury that caused my delay, I even sent you proof of that from the hospital. You posted you understood and then changed direction ordered me to make a refund without first discussing it with me since you said you understood I had been injured. A total surprise to me at least 2 days prior to the day you ordered me to send the refund and basically said or else you'd attempt to hurt my professional reputation you went in the internet and called me a thief. For a person to say they understand about an injury that wasn't an honorable step to take in my opinion. I tried to over look that and discuss another payment arrangement but as things went south from you continuing to destroy my credibility I contacted the state to use their service to not complicate matters more so. Ive been personally and professionally effected by this action. All my years in this business I've not been involved in a situation like this. I wasn't going to get drawn into this kind of arrow slinging but I've been effected by have been ordered a date , only to have that date changed early without being notified and unknowingly been called a thief, before the ordered date. I was floored, especially having been told it was understood I was injured. proof provided.I hate this type of hurtful mud slinging, I have to admit I've been up against one much better at it. I've never done this to another person. It was never mentioned here how many times I stated you're entire deposit would be returned. This is an unfair representation of the facts. I'm extremely sorry that anyone has to be bothered by this type of action.
