Whirlpool Model GBD307PRS01 in wall dual oven has no display or any functions not even the light works. Electrician has checked and power is coming into the oven so the fuse box to the oven is good. Is this a control board issue or a thermal fuse? I can feel heat from the components on the logic board but no functions. Also can power still come in even if the thermal fuse is bad? Thanks
