Labor cost, under typical conditions, for complete wall installation. T connector will be installed, along with a single 30' water line to the existing system and a shutoff valve. New line will be connected, routed, secured, and leak-tested to verify optimal operation. Rate is inclusive of all aspects of the project, such as thorough planning, acquisition of equipment and material, preparation and protection of project site, and meticulous cleanup.

Requisite supplies for the job, including fittings, mounting hardware, and connectors.

Daily rental of specialty equipment for maximum quality and efficiency. These include pipe cutter and threader, tubing cutter, brazing kit, and pipe wrenches. Consumable equipment elements not included.

Responsible disposal of all project debris, including the cost to load and haul old materials, installation waste, and any other refuse.

Water supply will be shut off. Single-supply water line will be disconnected, or cut and removed, up to 30' from nearest connection branch. Line will be capped, and remaining supply system tested for leaks. Asbestos handling, modifications to structure, and any required surface restoration will incur additional fees.
