Enamel, mildew-resistent finish options include eggshel and semi-gloss. Rate is inclusive of local delivery, as well as standard excess for perfect coverage and occasional touch-ups. 15-year warranty guarantees excellence.
Fascia Painting Labor, Basic
Labor cost, under typical conditions, for complete project. Surface will be prepared via the removal of loose paint, spot priming, and caulking of edges and gaps (up to 1 hour per 100' length). Two coats of paint will be uniformly rolled or brushed. Fee is inclusive of all aspects of the project, such as thorough planning, acquisition of equipment and material, preparation and protection of installation site, and meticulous cleanup.
Fascia Painting Job Supplies
Requisite supplies for the job, including masking tape and paper, materials for surface repair, solvents, and cleanup supplies.
Fascia Painting Equipment Allowance
Daily rental of specialty equipment for maximum quality and efficiency. These include 2,000-PSI, 4 GPM power washing unit; 5" random orbit sander; 115V airless paint sprayer; and protective tarps, as well as ladders or scaffolding. Consumable equipment elements not included.
Option: Power Wash Surface
Surface will be swept clear of solid dirt and debris, and cleaner applied with light brushing. Surface will be thoroughly power-washed and rinsed.
