I have a 1974 Mobile at 1449 main street Reliance that I need some repairs to it. removal of a swamp cooler and repair roof from water damage. New siding installed, some window glass replacements. the attached garage needs roof repair and a inspection of the cinder blocks the mobile sits on.

Comments I'm moving into a recently remodeled condo that does not currently have a washer and dryer (I will need to purchase a set). There is space next to the closet for the water heater that I would like remodeled into an extended closet that can fit a washer/dryer combo. I will also likely require installation of the proper electrical circuit/outlets and pipes / faucets for the washer/dryer. I have received a prior quote for this work from the contractor who originally remodeled the condo, so I know the proper hookups exist for this installation to be possible, however I would like to work with a different professional.

I am trying to contact Nate. I was referred to you by Jenya and Barry Katz. (They also told me you were from Minnesota - I am too.) I need some work done on my home after a bedroom fire (in October/2019) The fire mitigation company has cleaned everything up. The fire was from an electrical outlet so that will need to be evaluated. I will need to have a wall replaced,, painting, floor refinished and my living room ceiling needs repair due to water damage from above. Barry and Jenya were very happy with the work that you did on their home. Please let me know if you have time in your schedule to do this job or at least come out to take a look.
